What medical centers focus exclusively on celiac disease?

I want to help refer people with tough cases to celiac disease centers where there are experienced physicians.  I know U. Chicago has one, and i think there is one at Columbia in NYC - any where else?

is the celiac disease the same thing as not being able to gluten?  i've heard a lot about this stuff.
i'm not sure what is what

if there is not a celiac disease center in your area, just ask around for a physician who gets all the tough celiac refferals.  H/she will have a lot of experience, and will understand the many enigmatic ways celiac disease can present.

this article is suggesting there is a difference (symptomatically and underlying disease both) between gluten senstivity and celiac disease.
